Job summary

Amentum seeks an experienced EHS/Quality data and records coordinator to oversee collection, processing, and distribution of information for the EHS, Quality, and training programs. You will manage electronic libraries, implement training programs, and ensure data quality across scorecards and reports.

The role requires organizing and updating SOPs and maintaining compliance documentation, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting. A valid US passport and clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA, BS, BA or other college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in EHS and/or Quality role preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, processing, review, and distribution of EHS data and reports.
• Maintain EHS and Quality SharePoint libraries and documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor EHS training requirements and certifications.
• Produce monthly program quality scorecards and management reviews.
