Job summary

Amentum is seeking an EHS and Quality Information Manager to oversee data collection, processing, review and distribution across EHS, QA, and training programs. This role administers electronic libraries, maintains SOPs, and coordinates training and documentation in SharePoint and DI Learn to support compliance and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in EHS/Quality roles, a basic or better degree, knowledge of ISO 9001, OSHA regulations, and strong MS Office skills. A Secret U.S.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in EHS and/or Quality role.
• Introduction to ISO 9001 QMS Training a plus.
• Six-Sigma Greenbelt a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, processing, review and distribution of EHS/Quality data for reports.
• Maintain SOPs and training materials; manage SharePoint library.
• Coordinate and monitor EHS training requirements and certifications.
• Prepare OSHA 300/300A data and other internal/external reports.
