Job summary
Beehive Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Program Manager to lead EHS initiatives at its Loveland or Centennial facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of EHS experience, including 3 years in leadership within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include developing EHS programs, conducting audits, and promoting a proactive safety culture. The salary range for this position is $130,000–$152,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) match.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in EHS roles, with at least 3 years in a corporate or multi-site leadership position within a manufacturing setting.
Extensive knowledge of RCRA and waste regulations; experience with waste minimization and byproduct management a plus.
Dynamic and active communicator with strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, training, and tools.
Conduct and coordinate EHS audits, hazard assessments, and inspections at corporate and site levels.
Monitor and analyze EHS metrics; report findings and recommendations to leadership.
