Pretium Packaging is seeking an on-site EHS Program Manager in St. Charles, IL to lead a safety-first culture and ensure strict regulatory compliance across air, wastewater, stormwater, and waste management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in plastics, injection molding, blow molding, or industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Credentials such as CHST, ASP, First Aid/CPR/AED are desirable.

• Coach leaders and associates; facilitate safety committees and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance across air, wastewater, stormwater, and waste management.
• Train, engage, and prepare employees in lockout/tagout, PPE and hazard communication, machine guarding, ergonomics, and emergency response.
