Job summary

SK Food Group Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS & Process Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and PSM programs at our Columbus, Ohio facility. Travel up to 20% is required as you partner with Operations, Engineering and HR to sustain a proactive safety culture.

You will oversee PSM and RMP compliance, PHAs, MI, MOC, PSI, and training while driving regulatory adherence and continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate/Technical degree required; five+ years EHS/PSM experience; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environments preferred.
• EHS professional certifications CSP, GSP, PSM, or RMP required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and compliance procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; ability to engage across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS and PSM programs for multiple facilities to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Oversee PSM and RMP compliance activities (PHA, MI, MOC, PSI, procedures, audits, investigations).
• Develop and deliver training to ensure regulatory competency and program effectiveness.
• Conduct audits, incidents investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS/PSM records and reporting systems for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive continuous safety improvements.
