Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs in a Texarkana manufacturing environment. You will drive regulatory compliance across air permitting, waste management, stormwater, wastewater, and safety initiatives.
The role requires coordination with plant operations, maintenance, laboratories, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely regulatory reporting, inspections, and documentation.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00/5:00 PM
The EHS Manager will provide environmental, health, and safety leadership within a manufacturing and industrial plant environment. This position will oversee environmental compliance programs, regulatory reporting, inspections, documentation management, and compliance tracking activities across the facility.
The role requires direct involvement with air permitting, hazardous waste management, stormwater and wastewater compliance, refrigerant management, and environmental monitoring programs. The EHS Manager will coordinate with plant operations, maintenance teams, laboratories, environmental vendors, and contractors to ensure all regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
This position will also support OSHA General Industry compliance efforts, identify compliance gaps, track corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready documentation to support regulatory inspections and internal reviews.

Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations including Title V air permitting, RCRA hazardous waste requirements, stormwater permitting, wastewater compliance, refrigerant management, emissions tracking, environmental reporting, corrective action programs, OSHA General Industry standards, and audit preparedness. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain compliance-driven operational programs.
