CelLink Corporation seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for its California R&D/production facility to lead EHS programs and drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state/local regulations.

The role partners with operations and engineering to protect people, the environment, and business objectives, while developing training, audits, and incident investigations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an environmental/occupational safety field is required.
• 3–5 years in a comparable position in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; auditor qualifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and continually improve EHS programs and documentation.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT and other regulations compliance.
• Conduct facility audits, inspections, and risk assessments with corrective actions.
• Manage hazardous materials and waste programs, including reporting and permits.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and support audits.
• Lead the site Safety Committee and promote employee participation in EHS initiatives.
• Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Investigate incidents and root causes; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while advancing EHS performance.
• Facilitate employee involvement, serving as the site Safety Committee leader.
