Bright Innovation Labs in the United States seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead and administer an effective environment, health, and safety program, ensuring a safe workplace for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will serve as SME on EHS regulations, liaison with OSHA and EPA, track metrics, investigate incidents, drive corrective actions with engineering and production, and ensure timely permit submissions and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required; Master's desirable.
• Five years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and administration of an effective EHS program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as SME for interpretation of EHS regulations and liaise with OSHA, EPA, and other agencies.
• Maintain EHS metrics and OSHA logs; develop improvement plans from trend analyses.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes using 5-Why or fault tree methods, and drive corrective actions with engineering/production.
• Ensure permit management and timely safety and environmental reporting; conduct trainings and orientation for new hires.
