Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is hiring an EHS Manager for our Tampa Castings site. You will lead the Environmental Health & Safety program, drive compliance, and coach site leaders to improve safety culture. On-site role with regular weekday hours and weekend flexibility as needed.

You will guide training, incident investigations, and environmental initiatives across facilities, shaping safety performance and regulatory adherence within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
• 5+ years implementing and maintaining EHS management systems in manufacturing settings.
• Experience leading teams and direct reports.
• Proven ability to lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing compliance of the Corporate EHS Management System.
• Standardize and improve EHS programs across two facilities.
• Develop and deliver effective EHS training materials.
• Investigate high-risk incidents and manage corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local EHS laws and company standards.
• Manage environmental programs: permits, waste, SPCC, reports, inspections.
