Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Experience leading Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience with incident investigations, audits, compliance programs, and corrective action planning.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site EHS programs to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and company standards.
• Foster a proactive safety culture through visible leadership and accountability.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, implement solutions and improve.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental compliance activities, audits, permits, and reporting.
• Develop and deliver impactful safety training programs.
• Leverage EHS metrics to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Serve as site advisor on safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.
• Champion safety in every decision and empower associates.
