Job summary

Huntsman seeks an EHS Manager for the Akron Advanced Materials Division. The role reports to the Regional Senior EHS Manager and leads the site’s Environmental, Health, and Safety management systems.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, and coordinate training across the site while partnering with leadership to promote Zero Harm in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of EHS experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site's EHS management systems in partnership with site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS requirements (OSHA, TSCA, EPA, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver monthly/annual EHS performance reports.
