The role is onsite and involves collaboration with plant leadership, maintenance, and operations to proactively manage risks. You will develop and implement compliant programs, perform audits and incident investigations, provide training, and maintain records

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.
• Effective communication across shop floor to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of EHS programs.
