Job summary

Tcgrecruit's client, a trusted bakery and snack manufacturer, seeks an EHS Manager to lead safety across the site and embed proactive safety into every decision. You will partner with leadership, coach teams on safe practices, and drive culture change from reactive to preventive safety.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in EHS within food manufacturing, OSHA/Cal/OSHA knowledge, and a hands-on leadership style. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of EHS experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Plant-level leadership experience and strong safety program knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

With continued growth and investment, they're looking for an EHS Manager who can go beyond compliance and help build a culture where safety is embedded into every decision. You'll serve as the site's safety leader, partnering closely with plant leadership and influencing operations at every level. From leading initiatives to coaching teams, you'll help shift the mindset from reactive to proactive safety.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10+ years of EHS experience within food or beverage manufacturing
• Proven experience leading EHS at the plant level (5+ years in a leadership role)
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance programs
• Experience with Cal/OSHA
• A hands-on leader who can be both strategic and visible on the floor
• Strong communicator who can influence at all levels-from operators to senior leadership
• Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred)

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000, bonus opportunity, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, paid time off and company holidays provided. *This compensation range reflects the company's expectations for this position at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, alignment with role responsibilities, education, demonstrated skills, and performance during the interview process.
