This position is located in Elkton, MD and will have EH&S responsibilities for three locations (Elkton, Ronkonkoma, NY and Palm Beach, FL). This position will report directly to the Weapons Systems Division Environmental, Safety, Health and Sustainability Manager. The EH&S Manager will manage a team of environmental, health and safety professionals with a focus on regulatory compliance, injury prevention and sustainability efforts. This position will also manage a team of Hazards Analysis/System Safety personnel who focus on identifying various hazards within energetic and site operations and ensuring all work is conducted safely.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing injury prevention programs, developing compliance strategies for new and existing health, safety and environmental regulations and/or company policies, and supporting programs in a rapidly evolving environment.

Primary Level Salary Range: $127,100.00 - $190,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
