DRiV is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Smyrna, TN. You’ll coordinate facility safety and environmental policies, support ISO management reviews, and lead audits with EPA/OSHA oversight. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in EHS, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. Travel is expected at 0–10% to support sites as needed.

We are looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager.The EHS Manager is responsible for coordinating facility activities relating to the Environmental Health & Safety and Security. This position is responsible for development and administration of plant safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance with DRiV, local, state, and federal regulations. This position is also responsible the Environmental Management System to assure compliance with the requirements of ISO 14001 and other management systems as appropriate. The EHS Manager will work with supervisors and leadership to create, maintain and improve safety systems, programs and training in the facility. The EHS Manager is responsible for forecasting and coordinating the operating and capital expenses related to this function.
