Company: Well-established global manufacturing organization (partner)
Location: Eastern North Carolina
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
We are partnering with a well-established global manufacturing organization to identify an Environmental Health & Safety Manager for one of its flagship production facilities in Eastern North Carolina. This organization is an industry leader with a long-standing reputation for quality, operational excellence, and continuous investment in its people and manufacturing operations. As part of a larger global enterprise, the company offers the stability and resources of an international organization while maintaining the collaborative feel of a local manufacturing site.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence plant culture, partner directly with site leadership, and make a measurable impact on employee safety and operational performance.
Rather than simply maintaining compliance, the organization is looking for a hands-on EHS leader who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, engaging employees, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving a proactive safety culture.
If you enjoy partnering with operations, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and building employee engagement around safety, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing manufacturing operation.
