The EHS Manager is the environmental, health, and safety liaison to the assigned Holcim Building Envelope (Holcim) manufacturing and distribution site in Rockland, MA. This position is responsible for ensuring that the locations have effective policies, procedures, plans, systems, business practices, standards, and controls in place to identify, assess, monitor, and manage EHS risks and opportunities to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring those policies and standards are aligned with Holcim Group, communicated, and institutionalized throughout the region, and for monitoring the region’s compliance with those policies and standards. This position will require someone who can take the initiative, make decisions, and take responsibility for them, and react quickly to changing conditions requiring rapid shifts in priorities. Job requires 25% travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters/Graduate degree in the field of Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health or Related Technical Discipline.
EHS&S related licenses, certifications (Certified Safety Professional) and/or membership in EHS&S professional associations desired.
