Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an EHS Manager/Specialist to lead environmental, health, safety, and machine safeguarding initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, HR and site leadership to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading environmental, health and safety programs in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; CSP/CIH/ASP/CHMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support environmental, health, safety, and machine safeguarding initiatives across facilities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR and leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and train EHS programs and standards; manage audits and action closure.
• Coordinate with environmental engineers and directors to comply with federal, state and local requirements.
• Travel regularly between Texas facilities (Mansfield, Garland, Bryan) and IMESA Mexico.
