Job summary

Early Learning Academies is seeking a highly qualified Lead Teacher for our Early Head Start classroom. Candidates must possess an Infant/Toddler CDA and/or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).

Pay ranges from $16 to $18 USD per hour with competitive pay levels, paid training, ongoing coaching, and strong benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K with company match. There is no night or weekend work, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
