Job summary

Bonneville Labs in South San Francisco is hiring for a role focused on leading Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Laboratory Operations projects. You will ensure our shared-lab network is safe and compliant while providing an outstanding experience for our members.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, along with 3 years of lab experience and 1-2 years in EHS. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
• 1–2 years of experience in EHS.
• 3 years of experience in a customer facing role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Bonneville Labs staff to provide an outstanding experience for our members.
• Own the full lifecycle of cross-site EHS projects.
• Lead multi-functional project teams to deliver lab-ops initiatives.
• Act as a hands-on resource for troubleshooting equipment, supplies, and facilities issues.
• Spend ~50% of your time at alternate Bonneville Labs locations.
