Job summary

Merck is seeking an motivated intern to support the Global Safety and Environment team across multiple sites in the Americas for a 10–12 week period. The role focuses on environmental health and safety training implementation, documentation governance, and incident investigation improvements.

The intern will contribute to operational efficiency and support key GSE initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in safety or related technical field.
• Completed at least 2 years of college coursework.
• Able to work full time for 10–12 weeks.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving and computer skills.
