Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field (including Environmental or Safety Engineering).

Aufgaben

• Guide and assist the business unit in achieving safety and environmental goals and targets.
• Examine work environments for hazards and stresses.
• Define corrective actions to reduce health risks and improve worker efficiency.
• Evaluate areas for hazards and recommend improvements or protective equipment.
• Assist in interpreting OSHA standards and maintaining cooperation with OSHA.
• Develop and conduct health and safety training for supervisors and employees.
• Support day-to-day operations and process changes with technical safety guidance.
• Implement controls to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain Safety and Environmental Policy documents and update as needed.
• Conduct audits and regulatory applicability reviews.
