Job summary

Belmark Inc in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Intern to support compliance with environmental standards. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Business Administration.

The intern will assist with safety audits, conduct environmental monitoring, and maintain compliance records, contributing to a safe workplace. Flexible working hours between 15 and 40 hours per week allow for a balanced academic schedule.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled full time or part-time at an accredited university or technical college.
• Some applicable degrees include Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Administration.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Internal Safety & Environmental Audits.
• Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and draft procedures for the safe operation of production equipment.
• Conduct workplace environmental monitoring.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) inventory.
• Assist with environmental & safety compliance recordkeeping.
