Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This field-focused role emphasizes building strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead inspections, manage corrective actions, maintain safety programs and training records, and collaborate with operations and maintenance to build proactive EHS programs. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance.
• Experience conducting inspections and investigating incidents.
• Familiarity with stormwater, waste, and chemical management.
• Willingness to work in outdoor industrial environments and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance activities across two locations.
• Conduct field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain safety programs, training records, compliance calendars, and documentation.
• Support inspections, training, task training, and hazard awareness.
• Prepare and maintain required reports, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation.
• Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, employee training, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build proactive EHS programs.
• Serve as a key contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings.
