Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations in North Carolina. This field-focused role builds strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance.

You'll lead EHS programs, conduct field inspections, manage training records, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and leadership to raise safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience inspecting, hazard recognition, incident investigation, and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with stormwater, waste, and chemical management programs.
• Willingness to work in outdoor industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance activities across two locations.
• Conduct field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to completion.
• Maintain safety programs, training records, compliance calendars, and required documentation.
• Support inspections, training, task training, and hazard awareness.
• Prepare and maintain required reports, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation.
• Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, employee training, and emergency preparedness.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical and proactive EHS programs.
• Serve as a key point of contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions.
