Job summary

Chamberlain Group seeks an Engineer II – Environmental, Health & Safety in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will lead safety inspections, audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents, and maintain OSHA-compliant records while advancing EHS programs such as LOTO, machine guarding, and ergonomics.

Responsibilities include training design, regulatory reporting, and collaborating with operations on hazard controls. A BS in Engineering/EHS and 3+ years of EHS program management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental, health and safety program management.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local standards for HSE compliance.
• ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 experience; SAP knowledge; OSHA 30-Hour General Industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; issue compliance reports to managers.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; identify root causes and maintain records in line with OSHA and CG requirements.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs including JSA and IP team guidance.
