ASSA ABLOY Group in Denison, TX, is seeking an EHS Manager to partner with the site EHS Manager to ensure environmental, health and safety compliance with regulations and corporate objectives. You will lead training initiatives, drive OSHA VPP progress, and coordinate with frontline management to improve safety and health outcomes across the facility.

This position partners with the EHS Manager to ensure facility compliance with all government regulations, corporate policies, and corporate objectives regarding environmental standards and employee health and safety. Serves as a resource in developing and implementing processes that promote the OSHA VPP initiative including worksite analysis, hazard prevention & control, employee involvement, and safety & health training. Coordinates with all functional front-line management and supervision. This position will have direct supervision over the EHS, Facilities Maintenance and Wastewater Treatment departments.
Technical/Functional Competencies:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment and non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
Must be able to travel domestically 5% of time and internationally 5% of time.
