Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in manufacturing and environmental compliance is seeking an EHS Specialist in Maplewood, Minnesota. You will gather and organize data related to product EHS compliance, support BOM collection, and enter information into EHS systems to ensure accurate downstream input.

The ideal candidate has a science or engineering degree, strong Excel skills, meticulous documentation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering field.
• Strong Excel and data organization skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with SKU/BOM data.
• Experience with SAP, PLM, BOMs or product data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize manufacturing, plant, application, and business data related to product EHS compliance.
• Assist in grouping products into families and support BOM collection from various sites.
• Support raw material data preparation and ensure accurate entry into client product EHS systems.
• Help prepare product and material information for downstream input and review.
• Maintain accurate trackers for open items, status updates, and project handoffs, escalating issues as needed.
