Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an EHS Specialist to join our Environmental, Health, and Safety support team in Maplewood, Minnesota.

The role focuses on gathering and organizing product EHS compliance data, coordinating BOM collection, and maintaining accurate trackers to support environmental safety initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in science or engineering, strong Excel and data-entry skills, and experience with SAP or PLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science or engineering field.
• Strong Excel and data organization skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with SKU and BOM data.
• Experience with SAP, PLM, BOMs, or product data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize product EHS compliance data.
• Assist in grouping products into families and support BOM collection from various sites.
• Support raw material data preparation and ensure accurate entry into client product EHS systems.
• Help prepare product and material information for downstream input and review.
• Maintain accurate trackers for open items, status updates, and project handoffs.
