Job summary

Printful is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator to implement policies and ensure a safe, healthy workplace across North America and beyond. The role leads EHS programs, incident investigations, training, audits, and safety improvements within a fast-growing fulfillment environment.

You will collaborate with facilities, safety teams, and leadership to reduce incidents, maintain logs, and ensure regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EHS programs and policies across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and EPA regulations.
• Proven ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS policies across North America and global locations.
• Lead safety initiatives, trainings, and audits to drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS metrics and incident logs (e.g., OSHA 300/300A).
• Coordinate relationships with federal, state, and local authorities.
