Silver King Beverage Company seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional to support OSHA compliance, risk assessment, and safety training. You will collaborate across levels to promote a strong safety culture and improve metrics.
You will develop and update training materials, monitor inspections, investigate incidents, and help implement continuous improvement of EHS procedures and forms.
Description
Supports the implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs and promotes a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Assists with developing and updating safety training materials and helps train employees on safety procedures and preventative measures. Participates in workplace inspections, safety monitoring activities, and risk assessments, helping identify opportunities to reduce workplace hazards and improve safety performance. Works collaboratively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization to encourage safe work practices and continuous improvement. Maintains knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations and supports efforts to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and other regulatory standards.

An associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred. Recent graduates and individuals interested in starting a career in workplace safety are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a basic understanding of workplace safety principles and a willingness to learn and apply OSHA and other applicable safety regulations. Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is beneficial but not required..
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts), proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn safety-related software and systems are preferred. Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional
area. Acquires job skills to perform routine tasks
The ability to work effectively in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal
software programs), with advanced presentation skills and the ability to create
and maintain spreadsheets. Experience formulating Excel spreadsheets from basic to complex
formulas.
