Job summary

Siemens is hiring an EHS Coordinator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) to ensure regulatory compliance and implement robust environmental, health, and safety programs. The role leads an EHS committee, develops training, and maintains required systems across a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of EHS experience, is certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and understands ISO 9001/14001/45001, OSHA, and local regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-5 years experience in an EHS coordinator role or similar.
• Certified First Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Bourne Pathogen Trainer.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS Committee, activities, and projects to enable a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance and support inspections.
• Drive compliance of PPE, HAZCOM, fall protection, lockout-tagout, etc. programs.
• Create training plans and curriculum aligning with business objectives.
• Maintain updated EHS systems with timely and accurate data entry.
• Triage work-related injuries and illnesses and provide first aid within OSHA guidelines.
• Deliver First Aid/CPR/AED and BBP training for onsite responders.
