This full-time role supports asset protection security, employee health and safety, data literacy, EHS training, and process improvement within a warehousing environment. The position requires knowledge of OSHA guidelines and federal environmental rules, plus ability to conduct audits, inspections, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• 6 months Walmart experience OR 1 year of work experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice).

Responsibilities

• Supports facility security staff and monitors access control equipment.
• Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance, safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspections, and emergency evacuation plans.
• Owns delivery of project tasks, supports process updates and changes, resolves basic business issues, demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit.
• Gathers and interprets data and information in digital environments; creates reports using existing models and templates; uses technology to execute transactions.
• Supports instructors or facilitators in training programs; collects participant feedback; maintains training repositories and best practices; explains processes to contractors.
• Possesses knowledge of environmental policies, procedures, and regulations; demonstrates awareness of environmental regulations and compliance requirements; promotes environmental awareness within the organization.
• Explains operational functions and SOP/OBW documentation; collaborates with stakeholders to meet priorities; communicates progress and improvement opportunities.
• Communicates clearly within scope of work; presents information with context; uses data to present results and recommendations; maintains professional network.
