Job summary

Entegris Burnet, TX seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Co-Op for Spring 2027. This 6-month, full-time assignment will lead two high-impact projects, including developing an emissions scrubber strategy and evaluating scrubbers with a new unit, across multiple teams.

You will map emission sources, analyze data, and collaborate with laboratories/engineers to support EPA compliance and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS, MS or higher in environmental science, chemical engineering, or chemistry.
• Hands-on experience with chemical processing equipment and air/water testing instrumentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and pivot tables; strong data analysis skills.
• Must be enrolled in undergrad/grad program with graduation date Dec 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Map and evaluate air and water emission sources using monitoring data and modern measurement technologies.
• Collaborate with external labs and engineering consultants to project future emission requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for installation, operation, troubleshooting and PM plans.
• Interface with manufacturing engineering, operations, new product development, and facilities teams.
