Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of manufacturing EHS/sustainability leadership experience with global or regional scope.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience handling large projects under pressure with other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and oversee EHS systems protecting people, environment, and facilities.
• Lead Americas leadership discussions on EHS and sustainability strategies.
• Develop and implement EHS policies to ensure compliance and performance.
• Partner with industry, agencies, and universities for cost-efficient system management.
• Publish internal and external metrics demonstrating world-class EHS performance.
