BJC is hiring for an EHR Training Coordinator. This role is supporting the Epic Trainers. It's a remote position, but must be located in MO or IL. Ideal candidate will have an administrative background.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Under direct supervision, the role supports projects, registrations, and the virutual training program for the Epic1 training team using a variety of technology and systems including the BJC Learning Management System (LMS). This individual will be assigned other duties to support the Epic1 training team.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the team/manager in planning for meetings and ensuring they have the information needed to support ongoing team processes on weekly basis. Sets up and provides detailed guidance on software, procedures, processes, tools and techniques for administration and workplace productivity for the BJC leaning management system and the Epic1 Validation Portal on a daily basis.
  • Acts and responds as first line investigation to service requests, receiving and handling requests for support and allocates unresolved issues as appropriate. Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues. Contributes to creation of support documentation.
  • Navigates problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of a catalogue of Epic1 learning and development resources. Uses data to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of learning/educational activities. Helps schedule Epic1 training classes as needed. Updates employee Epic1 training records.
