Job summary

APSI Construction Management seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) to be on-site at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK for the Electronic Health Record Modernization project. The role covers operations, renovation, and new construction oversight, with an anticipated start Aug/Sept 2026.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of construction field experience.
Working knowledge of construction practices to support QA and site operations.
Ability to monitor and identify incongruities with construction documents and baseline schedule.

Responsibilities

On-site Construction Manager/Administrator for the EHRM project duration.
Provide technical consultative support for operations, renovation, and new construction programs.
Assist Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative with project management, planning, scheduling, design reviews, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality control/assurance, cost control, and project oversight.
Maintain thorough project records, attend or conduct progress meetings, and support issue resolution with contractors and VA.
Monitor quality assurance and oversee sub-contractor/site operations, including daily activity logs and documentation.
