Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in healthcare and Medicaid or case management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate member records in electronic health record systems.
• Retrieves LOC approvals/denials from Medicaid portal and tracks status.
• Communicates with operations and external stakeholders regarding approvals and denials.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and third-party reimbursement.
• Maintains information in software tracking tools and ensures data accuracy.
