Job summary

CureMD, Inc. seeks an Implementation Associate for our New York HQ. You will support implementation projects alongside senior staff, delivering expert-level CureMD training to end users in person or remotely.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with EMR/EHR workflows, and a willingness to travel up to 40% nationally. Hybrid onsite work is available at our NYC location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Engineering, CS or Communications preferred.
• Experience in EMR/EHR training or implementation is a plus.
• Knowledge of physician billing, clinical workflows and patient care settings is advantageous.
• Experience as a transcriber in a medical practice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct high-quality remote or in-person training sessions for clients.
• Assess training needs and customize agendas to address gaps.
• Ensure training objectives are met within timelines.
• Identify, escalate and resolve issues during implementation.
• Update training materials with new product features.
• Demonstrate new product features to customers.
• Travel nationally to deliver onsite training and go-live support.
• Collaborate with project managers on system configurations and customizations.
• Complete project deliverables and provide additional support as needed.
• Identify operational issues and optimize system configurations.
• Document customer feature requests for product development.
