Job summary

The CureMD Corporation in New York City’s Financial District seeks an Implementation Associate to support training and rollout across client sites. You will conduct remote and in-person sessions, tailor agendas to client needs, and ensure training objectives are met on schedule.

With a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of EMR/EHR workflows, you will collaborate with project managers and senior staff, travel nationally up to 40%, and help configure systems while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare/engineering/IT backgrounds preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR training or implementation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor trainings to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct high-quality remote or in-person training sessions for clients.
• Assess training needs and customize content to address areas of concern.
• Ensure training objectives are met within set timelines; document requests for product development.
