Job summary

Convergenz seeks a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end EHR implementation program across Patient Status Orders, Patient Accounting (OPHAC) and Ambulatory modules. You will drive strategic planning, execution oversight, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance coordination across technical, clinical, operational, and vendor teams.

As Program Lead, you will oversee PMO activities, governance, budgets, and dashboards, ensuring timely milestones and delivery quality for Oracle

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Director leading large-scale health IT implementations.
• At least 5 years of experience with EHR systems, including Oracle Health (Cerner).
• Proven success managing projects of size, scope, and complexity comparable to the initiative.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in public sector environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and liaise with Executive Relationship Committee and Oracle Health.
• Chair weekly status meetings and coordination calls with project leadership.
• Oversee the implementation plan, migration plan, and cutover strategy across facilities.
• Maintain and manage the Risk Registry and escalation protocols.
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables are maintained on the Team site.
• Monitor and manage the project budget, including forecasting and change orders.
• Coordinate with the Change Control Board to approve scope and resource changes.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards, status reports, and performance metrics.
