- Troubleshoot and resolve EHR and related clinical application issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems for incident management.
- Collaborate with clinical and IT staff to address user issues and optimize application performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience with Epic in a healthcare/clinical setting.
- Proficient in ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
- Strong understanding of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts preferred).
- Epic certification in one or more modules (EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, or Service Desk) highly desired.
- Experience supporting Epic applications (Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, HIM) highly desired.
- Previous State Government experience required.
