Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Epic EHR system across 13 state-operated behavioral healthcare facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EHR and related clinical application issues.
  • Utilize ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems for incident management.
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT staff to address user issues and optimize application performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical support experience with Epic in a healthcare/clinical setting.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts preferred).
  • Epic certification in one or more modules (EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, or Service Desk) highly desired.
  • Experience supporting Epic applications (Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, HIM) highly desired.
  • Previous State Government experience required.
