Job summary

Aptive is seeking an EHRM Program Operations Specialist to stabilize and operate the Oracle Health Federal EHR for the VA. The role oversees execution and operations across training, value stream work, and overall performance improvement during Go-Live and Post Go-Live phases.

The incumbent will coordinate multi-team efforts, manage training logistics, forecast demand, and monitor operational metrics to enable rapid, targeted interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant production/operations experience.
• Experience with EHR deployment, training operations, or command-center logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean/Agile execution and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities supporting EHR Go-Live, recovery, and PGL Operations; direct production and distribution of healthcare support services and drive operations improvement.
• Support Value Stream Enablement by aligning teams, resources, and execution to deliver value as VA scales.
• Support onboarding operations, including logistics for training delivery, scheduling, and shipment of training aids to off-site locations.
• Forecast operational demand and coordinate with managers to sequence and resource surge tasks.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, trackers, and cadences for surge-project execution.
• Support Tiered Hub prioritization and metrics monitoring for rapid interventions.
• Contribute to weekly task reports, bi-monthly budget trackers, and monthly progress reports.
