Gastro Health is seeking a Remote Full-Time EHR Data Integrity Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities of the Data Integrity Specialist include:
- Managing multiple data migration projects and reporting project status to leadership.
- Planning, implementing, and managing data migration between legacy systems and eClinicalWorks EHR.
- Developing detailed analyses, timelines, and testing parameters.
- Participating in weekly data migration meetings with eClinicalWorks.
- Coordinating data extraction from source systems for delivery to eClinicalWorks.
- Completing data mapping documents for migrations, identifying data gaps.
- Leading mapping review meetings with stakeholders.
- Validating and documenting findings for test and production migrations.
- Collaborating with project teams to prioritize needs.
- Serving as the primary contact for all data migration communications.
- Identifying process improvements and developing efficient data collection processes.
- Ensuring data security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
- Learning project management activities through mentorship.
- Supporting organizational goals and providing coverage in other areas as needed.
Requirements for Data Entry Operator:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience with eClinicalWorks EMR and data migration.
- Ability to work independently with professionalism.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business tools.
