Gastro Health is seeking a Remote Full-Time EHR Data Integrity Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities of the Data Integrity Specialist include:

1. Managing multiple data migration projects and reporting project status to leadership.
2. Planning, implementing, and managing data migration between legacy systems and eClinicalWorks EHR.
3. Developing detailed analyses, timelines, and testing parameters.
4. Participating in weekly data migration meetings with eClinicalWorks.
5. Coordinating data extraction from source systems for delivery to eClinicalWorks.
6. Completing data mapping documents for migrations, identifying data gaps.
7. Leading mapping review meetings with stakeholders.
8. Validating and documenting findings for test and production migrations.
9. Collaborating with project teams to prioritize needs.
10. Serving as the primary contact for all data migration communications.
11. Identifying process improvements and developing efficient data collection processes.
12. Ensuring data security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
13. Learning project management activities through mentorship.
14. Supporting organizational goals and providing coverage in other areas as needed.

Requirements for Data Entry Operator:

1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Preferred experience with eClinicalWorks EMR and data migration.
3. Ability to work independently with professionalism.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business tools.
