Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content.
• Follows functional specs to create content and validates with business owner.
• Completes projects and meets deadlines under supervision.
• Escalates issues that may impact deliverables.
• Maintain certifications and stay current with new functionality.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors; participate in cross‑functional meetings.
• Prepares and maintains technical and user documentation.
• Performs on‑call/after-hours support as required.
