Job summary

Alignerr is seeking clinically knowledgeable professionals to train AI systems on real EHR data. Your expertise in diagnoses, procedures, and clinical documentation will shape how AI understands medical information, making healthcare AI smarter, safer, and more reliable.

This is an hourly remote contract with flexible, task-based assignments. You will review and annotate chart elements, apply consistent standards, and provide feedback to improve model performance.

Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, clinical informatics, nursing, medical coding, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ICD, CPT, SNOMED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working with complex, nuanced datasets.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No prior AI or annotation experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Review and annotate clinical chart elements including diagnoses, procedures, medications, and clinical notes.
