Position Overview:

KeyCare is looking for an experienced Epic Analyst to develop new solutions on our Core Epic team. As a senior analyst with KeyCare's Core EHR team, this role will play a crucial role driving our mission to empower virtual care teams that support, strengthen, and amplify health systems across the US. They will lead workflow design, application build, coordinate integrated testing, and partner with KeyCare stakeholders and clients to address issues. • Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives, including participation in weekly team meetings, and act as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic implementation staff.
  • Work with Epic representatives, KeyCare's internal teams, and end users to ensure the system meets KeyCare's business needs regarding project deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop an understanding of product requirements and operational needs to guide the direction of KeyCare's workflows by participating in scope meetings and other integrated sessions.
  • Assist the training team in producing training materials and work with end users.
  • Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
  • Attend project meetings to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, and upcoming milestones.
  • Manage incidents and requests reported from end-users and operations and work to resolve them.
  • Participate in regular Epic system upgrades, including Nova Note review, system build, testing, and go live support.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for high and critical issues reported after hours.
Qualifications:
  • EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart or similar certification.
  • 3+ years Epic analyst or similar experience.
  • Experience with relevant Epic telehealth functionality (Telehealth Anywhere, Video Visits for All, Care Everywhere).
  • Ability and willingness to own work activities and ensure they are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
  • Ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine an idea, concept, or issue from as many angles as possible.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability and willingness to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed.
  • Demonstrated success in a startup or non-traditional healthcare organization, and history of taking initiative to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience with urgent care, behavioral health, patient outreach programs, and virtual care.
