The European Hematology Association (EHA), located in the heart of The Hague (Netherlands), is a non-profit professional association serving clinicians and researchers with an active interest in hematology in Europe and beyond. Our mission is to promote excellence in patient care through education, research and advocacy.
Hematology is constantly changing. We help our members stay current by delivering a structured educational program created by hematologists for hematologists. We offer a range of career development programs to help clinicians and researchers grow professionally and personally. We also advocate for hematologists and hematology at local and international levels.
As a Membership Intern, you will support the Engagement team to deliver a positive member experience. This includes working across membership services, community engagement, governance activities, CRM management, and data-driven projects.
You will work closely with the Membership Care & EBAH Coordinator and Head of Engagement. During this internship you will gain hands‑on experience in membership operations, stakeholder engagement, CRM systems, governance processes, community development, data analysis, and international association management.

By joining EHA as an intern, you will gain experience in international stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and administrative support within a professional association working in the field of hematology.
Only candidates who are registered at an Educational Institute and live in the Netherlands will be considered. If you are a non‑EU/EEA national, a valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
Employment will be subject to the dissolving condition that the employee provides the employer with a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) within eight weeks of the commencement date of their employment.
Availability to join us (ideally) in November up to the end of June 2027.
