Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance programs (RCRA, stormwater) and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with independent work and team collaboration.
• Willingness to rotate into other EH&S areas (environmental, sustainability).

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance programs (hazardous waste, stormwater, air quality, reporting).
• Support sustainability initiatives for waste, water and greenhouse gases.
• Raise employee awareness of compliance and sustainability programs.
• Manage data and reporting for sustainability programs.
• Audit policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support root cause investigations for safety concerns.
• Track corrective actions and drive safety improvements.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training to employees and contractors.
• Interpret OSHA, NIOSH, and ANSI standards.
• Analyze safety metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
