Job summary

EthosEnergy is seeking an EH&S Specialist for the Bethlehem Energy Center, a Siemens V84.2 combined cycle plant in Bethlehem, PA. The role reports to the Facility Manager on site and leads HSE policy deployment, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include program development, training personnel, and coordinating environmental reporting, audits, and incident investigations to reduce risk and ensure full compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in industrial Health, Safety, and Environmental roles.
• Experience in combined cycle power generation preferred.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems.
• Proven ability to develop site-level HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage implementation of HSE policies.
• Conduct program reviews to meet regulations and corporate directives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental reports.
• Train employees on emergency response, spill and fire prevention, risk management, and PPE.
• Lead safety committee meetings and provide technical support.
